Dmitry Nedospasov

Dmitry studied computer engineering at the Berlin Institute of Technology (TU Berlin, TUB). He is currently working towards a PhD at TUB and the Telekom Innovation Laboratories in the area of (in-)security of modern ICs. Specifically, his research focuses on developing new and novel side-channel analysis methods for modern ICs that can compromise their security and potentially reveal critical elements of the intelectual property of the implemntation. Moreover, the goal is to develop innovative low cost methods that require little or no prior knowledge about the IC or code. Another important research area and interest are countermeasures and ways to prevent such attacks outright.
