William is a strategist at Microsoft's MSRC, working to ensure that Microsoft does the right thing for customers and researchers when it comes to security. Among other things, William drives the Microsoft Bounty Programs, BlueHat, and Microsoft's Security Researcher engagement strategy. He's spent time as a Technical Director, Red Teamer, Research Engineer and Information and Network Security Manager.
